For Keeton Sheppard, One Hand 2 Another Hand is more than a nonprofit—it is a calling rooted in compassion, hope, and a deep belief in the potential of every young person.
Having witnessed the challenges many youths face and understanding how one positive influence can change the direction of a life, Keeton was inspired to create an organization dedicated to mentorship, opportunity, and community. He believes that every child deserves someone who believes in them, encourages them, and reminds them that their future is greater than their circumstances.
As a devoted and loving father, Keeton's greatest motivation is the future. He wants his own children—and every child in the community—to grow up in a world where they feel valued, supported, and empowered to pursue their dreams. His vision extends beyond today's generation; he is committed to helping build stronger families and safer communities that create lasting opportunities for generations to come.
Keeton leads with humility, integrity, and a servant's heart. He understands that meaningful change happens when communities come together, and he believes that investing in young people is one of the greatest investments anyone can make. Through mentorship, education, life skills, and positive community engagement, he hopes to inspire confidence, resilience, leadership, and purpose in every youth the organization serves.

Tiffany Henry is a passionate leader, lifelong learner, and dedicated advocate for youth, education, and community empowerment. Her heart for service is rooted in a deep belief that every child deserves access to opportunities, encouragement, and the support needed to reach their fullest potential.
Education has always been one of Tiffany's greatest passions. As a firm believer in the transformative power of knowledge, she has devoted herself to lifelong learning, earning multiple college degrees and continually expanding her education. She understands that learning opens doors, builds confidence, and equips individuals with the tools to create lasting change—not only for themselves but for future generations.
Guided by her faith and unwavering core values of integrity, compassion, servant leadership, and excellence, Tiffany approaches every opportunity with purpose and grace. She believes true leadership begins with serving others and leading by example, inspiring those around her to pursue their goals with confidence, character, and resilience.
